My daily happy today is quite simple. I am happy and grateful for being here. I am happy that I am able to feel things and I am happy that I am able to feel a wide array of emotions whether it is happy, anger or even sadness. I am not allowing myself to be anything less that me. I am happy to know who I am and what it is that I am truly capable of.
Happy Does it is a philosophy of being able to live for the present moment, and it is a concept that I wish that most would adopt as we would be a much happier and more grateful group of individuals. It is very difficult to look inside yourself and find flaws, or maybe it is way too easy. Whatever category that you fall try and remember that you are a wonderful person who deserves as much as every other living being, to live and enjoy be alive.
We all have duties to do, and what I am suggesting is not to get up and wander around leaving everything behind and not do your daily living activities. But perhaps if this is something that you desire and it is something where you are following your happy...go for it! Find your happy, and be what it is that you are suppose to be. Find that purpose.
