So this happy is something I am sure all of us has experience at some point. It usually happens when you are in a good mood, so the setting has to be just right.
I absolutely love it when you are either driving or walking and listening to music. That would be great in itself. But it is when that special moment occurs when you realize that everything that you are looking at appears to be moving to the music that you are listening to. It is almost like a personal, only for you musical, and it is really kind of cool.
So, following mindfulness practice, always remember to be present. It is so easy to get wrapped up in all of life's funny little PSA's(you brain's Personal Service Announcements) that distract you from living in the now.
