Marshmallows

My happy thought today is of marshmallows.  They are the most versatile ingredient, plus they are so damn tasty.

Who doesn't like the mini marshmallows in your hot cocoa?  I know some don't like them,  but I do.  I love roasting marshmallows over an open fire, turning my sugary-sweet treat into a blazing inferno.  I love peeling back the 'skin' of the the inferno, and then immediately placing it over a fire again.  to repeat the process.

I can not count how many S'mores I have made, but I am sure that the number will continue to increase.  For those of you who do not know about S'mores, I will tell you how to make them (basic).  You need two graham crackers, a marshmallow and a square of chocolate.  You put the chocolate square on the graham cracker.  You need to heat the marshmallow, either over an open fire or a microwave.  If you are using the microwave, place the marshmallow on the graham cracker/chocolate, place the second cracker on top, microwave for about 20 seconds.  Voila!  S'mores.  Yum.

Rice Krispie Squares...enough said!

My name is Jaime, spelled with an "im" not "mi".  I never question myself. I have always loved writing.  I do not have much to say about myself.  I just want everyone to know that they are not alone.  There is nothing worse in life than feeling as if you are by yourself.
